We currently ship across Egypt.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.

Returns

We want you to love your Shades District experience.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us on the same day you receive your order. Requests for damaged items made after the delivery day may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, no return shipping fees will apply.

For returns or exchanges within (14) days of receiving your order without a valid reason, return shipping fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return or exchange, contact us through our support channels with your order number and clear photos of the item.
