Refund policy

We want you to love your Shades District experience.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day you receive your order. Claims submitted after the delivery day may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Once a damaged or incorrect item is confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange the appropriate resolution.

You may also return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and exactly as delivered, including all original packaging and accessories.

For returns or exchanges that are not due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
